Pardos opened its doors May of 2012, inspired by Osman’s late grandfather John Pardo. Mr. Pardo had love for life and his Spanish and French heritage, which is the basis of Pardos cuisine. Owner Osman Rodas has been in the restaurant industry for over 30 years. He has worked under several celebrity Chefs such as Emeril Lagasse, Michael Mina, Ming Tsai, George Morrone and Mike Finley. At Pardos we take pride in our attention to detail.
