The name “Pardos” comes from a grandfather who adored his wife and cherished the small, thoughtful moments that make life special. His love for Louisiana, particularly the New Orleans area, was something he often spoke about, sharing memories of iconic places and experiences.

That love and devotion became the foundation for everything Pardos stands for. Inspired by the values of care, connection, and warmth, Pardos was created to be more than just a restaurant.
